Author's Bio

Jess Black (Author) Jess Black is an Australian author of children's books. She has written over thirty junior fiction books and two picture books, Moon Dance and The Bold Australian Girl (July 2017 release). Jess is the author of the Keeper of the Crystals series and the co-author of the hugely successful Bindi Wildlife Adventure series, RSPCA Animal Tales series and The Kaboom Kid series with David Warner. Sara Acton (Illustrator) Sara Acton is an award-winning author and illustrator of children's books. Her first picture book, Ben and Duck, won the 2012 Children's Book Council of Australia Crichton Award for new illustrators. Sara lives on the Central Coast of New South Wales with one husband, two children, a mischevious dog and a cat called Poppy, who's definitely in charge.
