Author's Bio

Aaron Dignan is the founder of The Ready, an organizational design and transformation company based in New York. He is also the co-founder of Responsive.org, a non-profit movement focused on the future of work. He speaks at major events around the world and writes a popular column at Medium. In just the last two years, his firm has led transformation efforts at GE, PG&E, Citibank, Charles Schwab, Microsoft, Fresh Direct, Kaplan, Lloyds Bank, Boston Consulting Group, Airbnb, Uber, Cooper Hewitt, Charity- Water, and others.
