The Night Dragon

The Night Dragon

Maude is not like the other night dragons. She doesn't breathe fire or cast great gray, sooty clouds over the land to bring nightfall. But when the chance comes, can her friend Mouse help her pluck up the courage to fly? -- Page 4 of cover.

Description of this Book

I wish I could fly, and breathe fire, and fill the sky with great gray, sooty clouds, Maud said to her friend, Mouse. Maud is picked on by the other dragons, so stays cooped up in her cave, sad and lonely. But when the chance comes, will her friend Mouse help her pluck up the courage to fly? A beautiful picture book about individuality and friendship.

NAOMI HOWARTH was born and brought up in Edinburgh, Scotland, and studied Costume for Performance at the London College of Fashion, where she graduated with a First in 2010.
