Awards, Reviews & Star Ratings

NZ Review I honestly love this book infinitely. I must have read it 6 times now, and I cry and smile every time. I love the start, the ending and everything in between. absolute perfection. * goodreads * Meg McKinlay had perfectly captured the nature of teenage friendships in all their glory and the feelings of the characters are very much true to life. * Bookseller+Publisher * An absorbing read for middle primary girls. * Reading Time * If you've ever had a fight with a friend (and let's face it, who hasn't?) this is the book for you. * girlpower *

Author's Bio

Meg McKinlay grew up in Bendigo, Victoria, in a book-loving, TV- and car-free household. On the long and winding path to becoming a children's writer, she has worked a variety of jobs including swim instructor, tour guide, translator and teacher. These days, she lives with her family near the ocean in Fremantle and divides her time between teaching and writing, a balance that swings wildly between chaos and calm. She is always busy cooking up more books and you can visit her on the web at www.megmckinlay.com
