Former FBI agent Ray (Chiwetel Ejiofor) is haunted by the murder of the wife of his good friend and former partner Cobb - a case left unsolved for the past 12 years. At the time, Ray and Cobb apprehended a suspect, Marzin, who was an informant during a counter-terrorism investiga...tion.
